Shipping policy

We currently ship exclusively to addresses within the United States, and international delivery is not available at this time. All orders are sent via standard shipping, as expedited shipping services are not offered. A flat fee of US $6 will be applied to all orders under US $45, while orders of US $45 or more qualify for free standard shipping. We aim to process and dispatch all orders from our factory within 1–3 business days. After dispatch, delivery typically takes 5–10 business days, though this timeframe is an estimate and does not include delays caused by the carrier, severe weather, customs clearance, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Orders are carefully packaged to ensure your items arrive in good condition. Customers are responsible for providing a valid U.S. address where someone will be available to receive the package during business hours. Once the order has been handed over to the carrier, responsibility for delays, losses, or damages lies with the carrier. Tracking information will be provided once the order has been shipped.
