Can I start a return or exchange if I am not satisfied with my purchase?

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving the product. A $3 return shipping fee and a 5% restocking fee will apply. I cannot find the case for my key fob...

We may not have every key fob covered yet, but we’d love to hear from you! Just fill out our request form, and we’ll do our best to make Groovy fit your keys in the future.

How do I install/setup the key fob case?

We have included a instructional guide in your package. Just follow the guide step by step, and your key fob will look fresh in no time!

Where do you ship to?

We currently only accept and fulfill orders addressed within the United States. At this time, we do not ship to international destinations.

How much does shipping cost?

For orders under US $45, we charge a flat shipping rate of US $6.
For orders of US $45 or more, enjoy our free shipping policy.

When will my order ship out?

Our goal is to process and dispatch your order within 1–3 business days after it is placed.

How long does shipping take?

Once your order has been shipped, it typically takes 5–10 business days to get to the destination.
Please note: this estimated time does not include delays caused by the carrier, severe weather conditions, customs clearance, or other unexpected logistics issues.

Do I need to be available to receive the package?

Yes. Since we require a U.S. address, please ensure someone is present at the delivery address during business hours to receive the package.
